قش

قَشّ \ straw: dry stems of corn (used as bedding for cattle, etc.). stubble: the short stiff part that remains in the ground, after corn has been cut. \ قَشّ يُسْقَف به بَيْت أو كُوخ \ thatch: plant stems (dried grass, etc.) that are used as roof material.
